Reproduce released controls faithfully enough to inspect.
Learn the method.
Then test the method.
This path takes a new viewer from evidence literacy and target construction through state preparation, staged capture, blind judging, baseline practice, and a preregistered comparison.
Train a stable capture habit before changing variables.
Judge blind, preserve misses, and quantify uncertainty.
Build a target pool that can surprise you
Create distinct, verifiable feedback packets before drawing anything. Use a separate tasker when possible.
Use targets with clearly different form, scale, setting, movement, temperature, sound, and material.
Twenty or more active targets makes inference harder; eight is only the software floor.
For stronger blinding, a separate tasker loads and passphrase-seals the pool, then leaves the viewer and monitor unaware of its contents.
Install the starter deck or build your own verified pool, then seal it for viewer handoff.
Live milestone: 22 / 20 recommended targets
Make the schedule explicit.
Short, repeatable sessions produce a more interpretable ledger than occasional marathons. This plan changes no result and makes no performance promise; it simply defines what you intend to do.
- Stop if audio, breathwork, or relaxation feels unsafe or disorienting.
- Do not use the practice in place of medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or safety-critical judgment.
- Never task against a person’s privacy or treat an unverified impression as fact.
